What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery time is from 12 PM to 7 PM. If you place your order between 6 AM and 1 PM, we’ll deliver it the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the next day during the delivery window.
Can I still get my order the same day if I place it slightly after 1 PM?
We strive to deliver orders placed slightly after 1 PM on the same day whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee it. If not, your order will be delivered the following day during our delivery hours.

Delivery and recieving
Yes, an adult must be present at the time of delivery to receive the items. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will not be responsible for any claims regarding the order after that.
If you’re not present at the time of delivery, we will leave your order at the specified address, and our delivery team will take a picture of the delivery as proof. Please note that once the order is left at your doorstep, we can no longer take responsibility for it, and it will be considered successfully delivered.
